So you want to do Pilates.
That is a GREAT first step. I’ve owned a traditional Pilates studio for over a decade and after the events of the last few years I went on to found the first Pilates Social Club, a 501 (c)7 so I could bring better quality Pilates and community to those inside and outside of my physical studio.
Pilates and mindful movement can help you to befriend your body but it can be intimidating to walk into class. I know, it was once my first time doing Pilates too.
Pilates is a one hundred year old philosophy that can be adapted to every body.
