This is a one on one session, often one to three times per week. Each session is tailored to your body on that day as well as encompassing all of your unique goals. Each lessons movements are entered into Pilates Metics, a proprietary software, which allows you to share your progress and routine with your healthcare team.
Currently all sessions are through Zoom, and utilize small equipment, your own personal equipment, and can me a mixture of Pilates, somatics, and other modalities.
