The Initial Lesson

This is an assessment session where you and I schedule a time to talk about your history, goals, and Pilates principals so that together we can plan the future of your movement practice.

Private Lessons

This is a one on one session, often one to three times per week. Each session is tailored to your body on that day as well as encompassing all of your unique goals. Each lessons movements are entered into Pilates Metics, a proprietary software, which allows you to share your progress and routine with your healthcare team.

Currently all sessions are through Zoom, and utilize small equipment, your own personal equipment, and can me a mixture of Pilates, somatics, and other modalities.

Classes

Classes are a wonderful way to work on you movement skillset and deepen your awareness. All classes are about learning in addition to moving. Offered at set time with a lower price point, classes allow you to make movement practices a more regular part of your life.
